Job Title: Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team as Baristas. The candidate will receive training and be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining café standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty drinks
- Maintain consistency in beverage recipes and presentation standards
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment)
- Manage ingredient preparation, stock levels, and work station organization
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment
Requirements:
- 0-1+ Years of Work Experience
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders
- Good attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
