Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our on-site team in Panaji. The Barista will prepare and serve exceptional coffee and beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, assisting with food preparation, engaging with guests, and delivering excellent customer service. Collaborating with the team, the Barista will contribute to creating a memorable experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista skills, including coffee preparation and equipment proficiency
- Proficiency in food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver a positive guest experience
- Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills for working effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
