At Maverick & Farmer, we believe great coffee begins with passionate people behind the bar. We’re looking for enthusiastic and curious baristas who love coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What you’ll do:
* Prepare and serve specialty coffee with consistency and care
* Engage with customers and share the story behind our coffees
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and workflow behind the bar
* Be part of a team that values learning, craft, and community
What we’re looking for:
* Passion for coffee and hospitality
* Willingness to learn and grow in specialty coffee
* A positive, team-first attitude
* Prior café experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
