Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Belgaum. The Barista will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving customers with a warm and friendly attitude, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation tasks, ensuring high-quality ingredients and presentation, and providing excellent customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience with Barista skills, including preparing a variety of beverages and operating equipment
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Proven Customer Service skills and a passion for creating a positive guest experience
- Basic knowledge of Food Preparation processes and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
