Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Ahmedabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty beverages (Mocktails), assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Additional duties include providing outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing transactions, and contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista skills and a passion for coffee preparation and Mocktails
- Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage with guests
- Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Basic Food Preparation skills to support additional menu items
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory, Fresher can also apply.
