Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista based in Delhi, India. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and engaging warmly with customers. Additional tasks include taking orders, processing payments, assisting with food preparation as needed, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a vital part of the team, the Barista will also contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation and an understanding of brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive connections with customers and colleagues
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and a passion for the food and beverage industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous barista or food service experience is a plus
