Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at our location in Karnataka, India. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and beverages, assisting in food preparation, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves communicating effectively with customers to provide a delightful café experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Barista operations, including coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Basic Food Preparation knowledge and adherence to hygiene standards
- Passion for coffee and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage
