Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Hyderabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee-based drinks, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, managing food preparation, and adhering to all health and safety standards. The role also involves maintaining stock levels and contributing to a welcoming and positive environment.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills for crafting beverages and managing kitchen-related tasks
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Customer Service experience to provide exceptional and friendly service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
