Role Description
The Barista is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of shifts and time managements. The Barista needs to know that the cafe is not interested in serving matcha or in the people who want to drink matcha. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages and light food items to meet customer expectations at cafe peak hours ☕️, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at highest standards at all times, and providing excellent customer service. This role will also involve engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create an outstanding experience

Qualification

- Proficiency in barista skills, including preparation of high-quality beverages and handling coffee-making equipmen
- tStrong interpersonal and communication skills for positive customer interaction
- sExceptional customer service abilities to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactio
- nExperience in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standard
- sPunctual, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a tea
- mPrevious experience in a cafe or similar environment is a plu
- sHigh school diploma or equivalent; any barista training or certifications will be advantageou
