Job Title: Barista (Juice & Mocktail Specialist)
Department: F&B / Beverage
Reports To: Outlet Manager / F&B Supervisor
Location: District 9 (Pandavas Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.)
Role Purpose
Prepare and serve fresh juices, mocktails, and specialty beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience at the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and mixed beverages per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, muddlers, and bar equipment
- Handle fruit/produce prep — washing, cutting, portioning — while minimizing wastage
- Maintain garnish standards and visual presentation of drinks
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation, equipment, and service area per FSSAI standards
- Manage stock of fruits, syrups, mixers, garnishes, and consumables; report shortages and spoilage
- Suggest/upsell seasonal and signature drinks; support new menu development and tasting
- Handle guest queries/complaints and escalate when needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in juice bar/mocktail/beverage service preferred (0–2 years); freshers with training willingness considered
- Basic knowledge of fruit handling, shelf life, and beverage mixing techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods

- Mocktail/flair mixing (preferred, not mandatory)
- Speed, hygiene discipline, and consistency under pressure

Compensation: ₹20,000 CTC per month
