Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Lucknow. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring the cleanliness of the café, and providing excellent customer service. Other key tasks include handling cash transactions, maintaining inventory, and working collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and equipment handling
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for creating extraordinary guest experiences
- Interpersonal Skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with customers
- Experience in Food Preparation and an understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
