Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Goa. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include creating a friendly environment for customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills, including beverage preparation and the proper use of equipment
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication to interact positively with customers and team members
- Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and satisfactory experience for patrons
- Experience in Food Preparation and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Positive attitude with attention to detail and time management skills
