Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Pune Division. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and providing attentive and friendly service. They will also assist in daily operations, restocking supplies, and adhering to the bistro’s quality and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent Barista skills and proficiency in preparing a wide range of coffee and beverages
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication to engage with customers and team members
- Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and positive dining experience
- Basic Food Preparation knowledge to assist with creating and serving menu items
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to hygiene standards
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
