Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bhilwara. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the café. Additionally, the Barista will ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent customer service and fostering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Barista with strong skills in coffee preparation and beverage crafting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive café experience
- Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of handling beverages and related equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
