Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Alchemy Bistro & CoffeeHouse, located in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages, ensuring food preparation meets quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the café, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional duties include managing transactions, restocking supplies, and assisting with daily operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation and machine operation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create positive guest experiences
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction
- Basic food preparation knowledge and adherence to food safety standards
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for coffee craftsmanship and a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
