Job Title: Barista – Alcazar Cafe
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Alcazar Cafe is looking for an experienced Barista with a minimum of 2 years of experience in café operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee brewing, beverage preparation, and customer service, along with the ability to create and implement SOPs for bar operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1-) Prepare coffee, shakes, mocktails, and other café beverages with consistency
2-) Maintain quality standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
3-) Create and implement SOPs for beverage preparation and bar workflow
4-) Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other bar supplies
5-) Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and workstations
6-) Assist in developing new beverage menu items
7-) Ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
1-) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
2-) Knowledge of coffee machines, brewing techniques, and café beverages
3-)Experience in SOP creation and process management
4-) Strong communication and teamwork skills
5-) Must be available to work in Lucknow
6-) Prior café experience preferred
