Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bengaluru. The Barista will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing transactions, assisting with food preparation, and contributing to the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Customer service skills, including attentiveness and problem-solving abilities
- Experience or ability in food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Salary
The take-home salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and performance in the interview.
