Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As a Barista at abcoffee, you will prepare a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment for all customers. Other responsibilities include taking orders, operating equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding abcoffee's commitment to quality and consistency in every cup.
Qualifications
- Barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation and attention to beverage quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Experience in food preparation and adherence to hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to learn new skills and follow company guidelines
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
