Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our team in an on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of specialty coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the café. The role also involves assisting with food preparation, educating customers about coffee, and supporting the daily operations of the café.
Qualifications
- Barista experience and proficiency in preparing specialty coffee beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Food preparation skills and a basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and collaborate within a team
- Passion for coffee and interest in learning about specialty coffee techniques
- Adaptability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is a plus
