About the role
As HR Manager C&NE, you are responsible HR Business Partner for employees based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will collaborate closely with our Business units, fostering strong relationships with leaders and their teams to drive organizational success. You will be a key player in our local HR department, engaging in a broad range of activities throughout C&NE from recruitment, training and talent development to supporting in managing labor costs. In this role, you will lead the HR & Office Management Intern and report to the HR Director – Region C&NE.

Main Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership:
Act as the go-to person for our employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, providing support and guidance
Collaborate with local business leaders, offering support and insights to enhance performance
Manage national and international staff movements, including transfers and promotions, while managing litigations, hirings, and exits
Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely data provision for seamless processing
Engage with our Works Council, keeping them informed on all relevant HR matters
Performance & Talent Management:
Assist business leaders during the annual performance development cycle, ensuring effective communication and understanding of performance expectations
Provide support to ensure the performance evaluations are conducted in a timely and constructive manner
Contribute to the annual talent management process, helping our people develop
Organize internal and external trainings, incl. identification of suitable providers, in close cooperation with our global L&D team
Employer Branding & Recruitment:
Engage in the search for exceptional talent to fill open positions, contributing to the attraction of qualified candidates
Coordinate the recruitment workflow, from posting job openings to conducting interviews, and negotiating employment terms
Partner with External Relations to amplify our voice, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn
Represent our organization at events, showcasing our brand and culture, with a strong focus on University Marketing and talent attraction
HR Analytics:
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by tracking and analyzing HR metrics
Support in the management of headcount and labor costs
