Provide recommendations for process improvements and work with relevant teams to implement changes. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures. Ability to analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Proven experience as a quality control specialist or similar role in financial crime compliance. Strong understanding of financial regulations and crime prevention strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
