About the role
The Sales, Trading and Structuring Graduate Programme is a rotational programme that provides graduates with the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas within the Markets business. The programme is designed to develop you into a well-rounded markets professional with the skills and experience to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Over the course of the 2-year programme, you will complete three 8-month rotations in different parts of the Markets business, gaining invaluable exposure to a variety of trading, sales and structuring roles. You'll learn how to identify and assess market opportunities, execute complex trading strategies, and work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions. The programme also includes formal training, mentoring, and the opportunity to network with senior leaders. Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll be well-equipped to take on a permanent role within the Markets business.
