To be successful as a GTSM Application Support - Functions you should have experience with: ITIL awareness – Incident and problem management, stake holder management etc. Good experience in SQL , PL/SQL, Oracle Autosys or Ctrl-M hands on Unix experience is a must , Shell / Perl scripting and Python scripting Monitoring tool like App Dynamics , Splunk, Geneos , Wiley Introscope Dev Ops exposure Automation experience is a must Some other highly valued skills include: Exposure to programming like J2EE Hadoop ( HDFS , MapReduce) support and implementation Managing Hadoop cluster, loading data from disparate data sets, managing hBase ETL(AbInitio) Salesforce Excellent communication skills You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is based in Pune.
