Analyst Graduate Programme

The Barclays Analyst Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme that provides you with the skills and experience to kickstart your career in the financial services industry. Your first year will involve three 4-month rotations across different areas of our business, which could include roles in Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations or Finance. In your second year, you'll get the opportunity to specialise in an area that interests you. Throughout the programme, you'll receive structured training and development to help you build core skills, and you'll be supported by a dedicated graduate manager and a mentor. On successful completion of the programme, you'll have the chance to secure a permanent role within Barclays. We're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates from any degree background who can demonstrate a keen interest in the financial services industry. You'll need to be a proactive and adaptable problem-solver, with strong analytical and numerical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
