🔎 Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, good knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve drinks, maintain the bar area, and ensure a great guest experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Take drink and food orders and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Monitor customer behaviour to prevent overconsumption or disruptive conduct.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations.

🎓 Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
