Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage bartenders and bar staff.
Maintain exceptional guest experience and handle guest interactions professionally.
Develop innovative cocktail menus and seasonal beverage programs.
Ensure bar presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, breakage, and beverage cost control.
Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement of liquor, mixers, glassware, and bar supplies.
Drive beverage sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement.
Maintain proper bar opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, safety standards, and company SOPs.
Prepare staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and maintain team discipline.
Work closely with the operations and kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Monitor daily sales reports, bar performance, and profitability targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations or hospitality management.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology, and bar trends.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
Strong understanding of inventory management and beverage costing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife and hospitality environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and hands-on approach.
