*Key Responsibilities*
Bar Operations and Leadership
* Oversee end-to-end bar operations across both outlets
* Ensure smooth daily functioning, service flow, and operational excellence
* Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to maintain high performance and consistency
* Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Beverage Innovation and Menu Development
* Design and curate signature cocktail menus aligned with brand identity
* Drive innovation through seasonal menus, trends, and guest preferences
* Collaborate with chefs and management to create cohesive food and beverage pairings
Revenue and Cost Management
* Maximize bar revenue through upselling strategies and promotions
* Monitor and control beverage costs, wastage, and inventory
* Ensure optimal pricing strategies to maintain profitability
Guest Experience Excellence
* Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences
* Build strong relationships with repeat and high-value guests
* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns proactively
Inventory and Vendor Management
* Manage procurement, stock levels, and supplier relationships
* Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize pilferage
Events and Nightlife Programming
* Execute and manage bar operations during events, live performances, and peak nights
* Collaborate with marketing teams for activations, promotions, and themed nights

* 5+ years of experience in bar management (luxury dining, premium lounge, or nightlife preferred)
* Strong knowledge of spirits, mixology, global cocktail trends, and bar operations
* Proven ability to manage high-volume and high-energy environments
