Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Mumbai. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bar, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising bar staff, developing innovative beverage menus, maximizing sales, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met while delivering a delightful guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences and address queries or concerns effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage to manage inventory, maintain quality standards, and innovate beverage offerings.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in Training staff for efficient operations and upholding service standards.
- Proficiency in Sales to identify opportunities for revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food and beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in bar operations or the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and leadership abilities.
