Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. We have a full-time position available at our Newport, NH location as Digital Banking Specialist.
The Digital Banking Specialist responsibilities includes a variety of duties in support of all digital banking products and services including, but not limited to: online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and telephone banking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to internal and external customers in support of our online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit services.
- Process daily reports for online banking including new enrollments, closed accounts, and records with no open accounts, as well as mobile banking reports to add mobile deposit.
- Participates in projects, new product offerings, and system conversions related to digital banking products and services.
- Become Knowledgeable in all aspects of online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking
- Works with key vendors when troubleshooting issues related to domestic and international wires
This position requires a candidate with the following knowledge, ability, and skills:
- High School Diploma of Equivalent
- Previous banking experience desired, but not required
