Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Banquet Sales Manager. The Banquet Sales Manager will be responsible for driving banquet sales, building client relationships, and organizing personalized events. Responsibilities include managing catering sales, developing strategies to meet sales targets, collaborating with the event planning team, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves creating and maintaining client proposals, contract negotiations, and ensuring the seamless execution of events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Management and Customer Service
- Proven expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning
- Experience in sales or events, with a focus on the hospitality industry
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the New Delhi market and prior experience in banquet or event sales is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
