Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur for a Banquet Sales Executive. The role involves managing banquet sales, building client relationships, and developing sales opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector. Key responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams for event execution, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The Banquet Sales Executive will also strategize and implement initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Event Planning, Banquet Operations, and Hospitality Expertise
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry trends and customer preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
