Role Description
This is a full-time Banquet Sales Executive role based on-site in Ludhiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing banquet bookings, building strong client relationships, and ensuring all events are flawlessly executed. Daily tasks include generating sales leads, creating event proposals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- Event coordination and planning expertise, including knowledge of banquet operations and logistics management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in hospitality or event management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
