Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Sales Associate located in Agra. The Banquet Sales Associate will focus on managing sales for banqueting events, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless event execution. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting venue visits for prospective clients, and ensuring timely follow-up communications. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while upholding the standards of Trident Hotels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Event Coordination
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in Hospitality, Event Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Graduates and Freshers can apply with good communication skills
