Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Reservation Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves managing banquet reservations, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate booking records, addressing customer queries, and striving to maximize customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role may also involve working closely with the sales and operations teams to optimize booking processes and meet business targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to handle client inquiries effectively
- Experience with Reservations and event planning systems
- Sales and negotiation skills to promote banquet services and secure bookings
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector or event management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
