Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bikaner for the role of Banquet Manager. The Banquet Manager will oversee the seamless execution of events, including planning, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, liaising with the food and beverage team, supervising event setup and service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a skilled team to deliver high-quality banquet experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on addressing client needs during events.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional dining experiences at events.
- Experience in Hiring and managing staff, including recruitment, training, and team development.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in banquet or event management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
