Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for CASA and other banking products.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Promote banking products and services.
- Cross-sell financial products based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates.
- Follow internal compliance and operational guidelines.
Eligibility
- Freshers only.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Non-MBA and Non-Engineering candidates preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel locally for field sales.
