Role Description The Banking Sales role at SyncUp is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. This role involves identifying and acquiring banking customers, promoting suitable financial products and services, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospects, explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, collaborating with internal teams to meet targets, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. The individual will participate in ongoing training, contribute to sales strategies, and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team development and help drive sales performance.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, the ability to work toward targets, and proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems.
- Relevant experience in banking or financial services, a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and the ability to work on-site in Thane will be beneficial.
