Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banking Partner with a strong background in loyalty rewards programs within the banking, credit/debit card network, and online payment ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that increase revenue and market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating partnerships with banks, card networks, and payment companies. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for an experienced sales person with proven experience in loyalty rewards programs in banks, credit card and debit card networks and non-cash transactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the card network industry, specifically related to loyalty rewards programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with card network and banking companies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market demand to ensure alignment with customer needs and company offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Track and analyse sales data to provide insight into sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Has knowledge about the customers and target audience of the product.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in loyalty & rewards programs within the banking or credit card network industry.
- Background in loyalty rewards, value-added services, fintech, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key partners and clients.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business development capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Location : Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore
CTC : 6-9 LPA
