Summary: We are seeking experienced Banking Operations professionals from Loans Middle Office or Back Office functions to transition into Software Testing roles within our Retail Banking Technology team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with deep, hands-on experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as FinnOne and/or Salesforce, who are eager to leverage their domain expertise in a technology-driven environment. The role offers a structured transition program that includes comprehensive training in software testing fundamentals, including manual testing, SDLC/STLC, test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management. Upon completion of training, candidates will contribute to functional and domain testing of loan processing applications and LOS platforms, ensuring system accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. This role is pivotal in bridging operational excellence with technological innovation, supporting the seamless delivery of robust banking solutions. Responsibilities: Leverage existing loan operations and LOS experience to gain in-depth understanding of application workflows and business processes Participate in structured training programs covering manual testing, SDLC/STLC, test case design, execution, and defect reporting Document and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications Identify, log, and track defects using standardized defect management tools Collaborate with development, business analysis, and operations teams to ensure accurate test coverage and resolution of issues Perform functional and domain testing for loan processing applications and LOS platforms in alignment with regulatory and operational standards Contribute to test planning, test data preparation, and test environment management Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in Loans Middle Office or Back Office operations with a strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), including FinnOne and/or Salesforce Familiarity with loan product types, underwriting workflows, and compliance requirements Willingness to undergo structured training in software testing concepts, tools, and methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
