Role Description The Banking Operation role at Agarwal & Dhandhania is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The role involves handling day-to-day banking transactions, coordinating with banks for account operations, and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. Responsibilities include processing payments, deposits, and fund transfers, managing reconciliations, and supporting credit and insurance-related activities as required by client engagements. The role also requires regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries, maintain compliance with relevant banking regulations, and support overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Credit skills, including understanding of banking products, account operations, and basic financial analysis.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with clients, banks, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with banking software or ERPs.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate records and reconciliations.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Relevant educational background in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in banking operations or financial services is an advantage.
