Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Banking Executive - Home Loans at Roswalt Realty. The selected individual will be responsible for assisting clients with home loan applications, ensuring seamless processing of documentation, and addressing client queries related to financing options. Additional responsibilities include liaising with financial institutions, evaluating loan eligibility, and providing informed advice to clients regarding suitable loan products to meet their requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in banking processes, loan products, and financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by strong interpersonal abilities
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and the ability to assess loan eligibility
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the real estate or banking sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
