Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Banking Executive. The Banking Executive will handle client accounts, assist with financial transactions, and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day banking operations, addressing client queries, and collaborating with team members to meet service goals. Additionally, the role requires adherence to compliance standards and maintaining accurate documentation for all transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, or similar domains
• Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software tools
• Previous experience in banking, finance, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
