Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh, India. As a part of the ESAF Bank team, the employee will handle daily banking operations, process financial transactions, address customer queries, and promote banking products and services. Responsibilities include supporting customers in finance-related needs, managing credit and insurance operations, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience while delivering value-driven financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance, Credit, and understanding of banking operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building trust and lasting relationships
- Knowledge or experience in handling Insurance products and related processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages is desirable
