Role Objective
To manage day-to-day treasury operations, ensure adequate liquidity, optimize fund utilization, and maintain accurate bank reconciliations with strong controls and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage vendor, utility, import & influencer payments ensuring timely approvals and accuracy
- Execute payroll and statutory payments (PF, TDS, NPS) in coordination with HR
- Handle daily cash flow, fund transfers, and optimize bank balances & liquidity
- Manage Fixed Deposits (FDs), loan repayments, and track/verify interest with banks
- Monitor corporate credit card payments and reconcile expenses
- Perform bank reconciliations (BRS) and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with banks for loans, charges, cards, and compliance requirements
- Handle import/forex payments, exchange tracking, and documentation
- Prepare cash flow reports/forecasts and maintain audit-ready documentation with proper controls
