Under the direction of the department manager, this position is responsible for the overall coordination and management of account analysis operations activities, the implementation and ongoing servicing of account analysis for client companies, and providing operational and technical assistance to various areas within the bank. This position is responsible for meeting servicing and efficiency goals to ensure quality client service and satisfaction. In addition, this position is responsible for demonstrating the Excellence in Sales/Service (ESS) philosophy by participating in and practicing ESS disciplines and behaviors.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Requires minimum of seven years bank or related work experience with an emphasis on deposit and deposit related products and bank operational areas. Minimum one year supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated use of a PC/computer based software to include word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, desktop publishing and database programs. Prior experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access required.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, sales and marketing, leadership and organizational skills. Demonstrated project management and systems project experience; multi-media communicator, demonstrated leadership ability.
