Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the Commercial Loan, Deposit, Cash Management servicing and account operation servicing functions of the Commercial Banking Group.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of commercial banking service experience, Commercial Deposits, Commercial Loans and Cash Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) or similar software. Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems.
- Ability to perform job functions under moderate supervision
- Fully competent in at least two of the following servicing responsibilities, and beginning to recognize cross-selling opportunities;
- Commercial Deposits
- Commercial Loans
- Bank Operations
- Cash Management
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Must be analytical, detail oriented, organized. Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of Bank financial products and services. Demonstrated effective and efficient team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who can also resolve problems independently. Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed or assigned.
