About the Role

We are seeking motivated early career interns (including students) for our multiple Banking Intern roles — an extraordinary opportunity to gain practical exposure to banking operations, credit analysis, treasury, and trade finance through AI-powered simulations. This role is designed for students who wish to understand how modern banks function from the inside, using cutting-edge gamified tools that mirror real banking workflows.

About the Internship

You will work on simulated banking projects spanning retail banking, corporate credit, trade finance, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance. You will engage with multiple mini-projects across core banking functions, guided by AI-driven analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the internship, you will work through a structured set of projects designed to build your understanding of banking products, credit evaluation, treasury management, and regulatory frameworks.

What You Will Learn

• Practical understanding of how banks evaluate, sanction, and monitor credit — from application to disbursement.
• Hands-on exposure to treasury management, trade finance, and transaction banking workflows.
• Strong analytical skills in financial statement analysis, ratio interpretation, and credit modelling.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing Indian and global banks (RBI, Basel, SWIFT).
• AI and technology applications reshaping modern banking — from robo-credit to digital onboarding.
