Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bank Employee located in Krishnagiri. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their financial needs, providing guidance on financial products like credit and insurance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional tasks include handling financial transactions, managing customer records, and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and experience in managing financial services
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support diverse client needs
- Understanding of Credit management and the ability to assess creditworthiness
- Familiarity with Insurance products and services
- Attention to detail, accuracy in handling financial transactions, and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant banking software is an advantage
- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
