1. JOB PURPOSE BIAL is a business of businesses and has multiple sub brands* that have their own brand identities and KPIs aligned with the overall organisation goals to drive revenue. This role primarily will define go to market strategy to achieve profitability. The marketing team works as a central support team and brings together the expertise of brand management, digital and off-line marketing in B2C and B2B environments. It defines brand and marketing strategies and works on 360 integrated campaigns from conceptualisation to execution. Understanding consumer and market insights/ trends, managing the sub brands with an aim to increase share of voice, track and analyze performance is key to this role. Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and a deep understanding of using digital and traditional channels as a means for sub brands to communicate with target audiences. Work with cross functional teams to achieve marketing goals. *sub-brand – Aviation business (Airline & Cargo), Commercial 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Major Activities Sub brand management – Aviation Business Campaign planning and management Take ownership of the sub brand's voice by working on campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, and high footfalls. Be a custodian of the Aviation business which includes both Airline and Cargo business. • Ability to design 360-degree integrated campaign which involves working closely with the vertical to understand the requirement. Ability to write detailed briefs and ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines. Regular liaison with creative agencies/ production to ensure timely execution of campaigns. 2 | P a g e Social Media & PR Event Management & Liaison with agencies • Work with the PR and social media leads to deliver SOV for the brand. Identify interesting stories to achieve customer engagement (offline / online/ PR). • Ability to help plan and execute events (strategy to execution) of medium to large scale events. Liaison with the creative as well as event agencies to ensure efficient execution of campaigns 3. DIMENSIONS Financial (E.g: Budgets, project costs, capex etc.,) ▪ Be involved with vendor RFQs and tracking spends. Non-Financial (E.g: No. of direct/ indirect reports, headcount in projects, no. of clients handled etc.,) ▪ Handle 1 business vertical
