Position: Banca Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
- Drive sales through the banca channel by promoting financial products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Provide product training and support to bank staff.
- Generate leads through bank branches and convert them into business.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI / Banca / Sales.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of banking and financial products.
